Lately this app keeps signing me out for no reason and then won't let me back in — it says my details aren't recognized even though they work fine on desktop. Live match stats inside active bets are unreliable too, working one moment and failing the next. When everything runs smoothly it's genuinely top-tier with plenty of offers and odds boosts, and I still trust the brand. Sadly the mobile experience has been getting worse.

The app is decent overall, but the odds have weakened over time. During major matches it's often impossible to log in or place a wager — the servers clearly can't handle peak traffic. For a platform built around live betting, that's frustrating. Fingerprint login is flaky too: one failed attempt and you're pushed to password entry, and after a couple of tries you get locked out entirely. Makes betting on the go a hassle.

The recent football form guide update is hard to follow because of the color choices. Wins, losses and draws should use clear green, red and yellow markers so you can scan results instantly. Right now it's confusing. Also, white text on a yellow background in the league table is tough to read — please adjust these design choices to make navigation easier.

The sign-in experience is chaotic — I get logged in once, then somehow I'm signed out again. Biometrics are turned on but the app still demands a password, saved credentials work one minute and fail the next, and I end up setting up biometrics all over again. It is also painfully slow with big freezes mid-session. Great betting platform overall, but this mobile app is one of the worst I have used.

Easily the most unstable betting app on my phone — constant freezing makes me think about taking my business elsewhere. A persistent offline banner keeps appearing and the only workaround seems to be restarting the handset. I am forced to sign in again and again even with the correct email and password, which often fails until I reboot. Genuinely frustrating from start to finish.

The app has become awful — it never remembers me, so every visit starts with a fresh login. It keeps saying my credentials are wrong when they are not; closing and reopening sometimes works after several attempts. The passcode shortcut used to save time but now that is broken too. I have force-stopped, cleared cache, uninstalled and reinstalled, and nothing fixes it. For a major operator you would expect a working app by now.

My patience is wearing thin. The app keeps signing me out and seems to forget my password — I have reset it countless times. Biometric login still refuses to work even when enabled. When it finally loads, it often claims there is no internet until I force-close it two or three times. This has gone on for months, though most issues except biometrics appear fixed since early 2026.

The app desperately needs stability work. It freezes during login or while switching between screens, then throws errors about failing to load content and crashes entirely. Sometimes I have to reboot my phone just to open it again. The features themselves are solid when they work, but overall reliability is disappointing.

Painfully slow — you spend ages waiting on loading spinners every time you open it. Odds shift constantly while you are placing a wager, so you miss the price you wanted or have to confirm changes before the bet goes through. On accumulators it is even worse when selections vanish. It keeps getting slower, while rival sportsbook apps feel much snappier. One star feels generous.

Whoever handled the latest app updates really missed the mark. I end up uninstalling and reinstalling almost every session because it freezes the moment I open it. Live match streams are just as bad — most leagues lock up within seconds, with only a rare few working properly. Easily the worst betting app on my phone; I am close to moving my wagers elsewhere. One star is the minimum, and honestly it deserves less.
